The growing popularity of South African wine has been clearly evident over the past decade. South African winemakers are experiencing a fine wine renaissance because of the reputation of distinct varieties such as Steen Chenin Blanc, Cap Classique sparklings, and Bush Vine Pinotage that are exclusive to the region. During this class, attendees will learn all about South Africa’s emerging wine identity by sampling all of these unique styles. The scenic, natural beauty of South African wine country will also be explored, as guests discover the regions of Cape Town, Stellenbosch, and Swartland.
