Description:	Ancient texts reference winemaking in Greece as far back as 7,000 BC, when the Greeks would participate in lavish feasts, called symposiums. Join Sommelier Steven Gullo at Paramour’s very own Greek Symposium and discover little known white and red grape varieties such as Assyrtiko and Xinomavro (You will learn how to pronounce them too!) All wines will be paired with traditional Greek mezze, and homage will be paid to Dionysus, the Greek god of wine! • $40 per person. Tax & Service Charge not included. • Seats are limited.
