The Radnor Citizens Police Organization (RCPO) is volunteer-based 501(c)(3) organization consisting of Radnor residents who have completed the Radnor Police Department’s Citizens Police Academy and who volunteer their time to support and assist the Radnor Police Department in their mission to protect and serve the community.
