Description:	Gather all the little ghosts and goblins, witches and wizards for an afternoon of fun in downtown Wayne. Participating Wayne Merchants and Restaurants welcome Trick or Treaters to town. On North Wayne Avenue, The Wayne Business Association tent will have treats and crafts with the Wayne Art Center and other local businesses. The Radnor Township Police Department will be on hand to visit with everyone. Make sure to stroll from Lancaster to South Wayne at the Radnor Fire House to North Wayne and West Avenues.
