Description:
The vineyards and châteaux of Bordeaux produce some of the most sought-after wines on the planet. Most collectors would agree that enjoying a fine, vintage bottle of Bordeaux is a contemplative experience; a wine meant for sipping and savoring. The art and craft of blending Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes is a tradition dating back over 400 years. Even Thomas Jefferson was a devout proponent of the claret wines of Bordeaux! During this class, guests will sample a range of styles from both the left and right banks of the Gironde estuary. Whites, Reds, and even the rare sparkling Cremant de Bordeaux will all be poured as guests enjoy food pairings with an emphasis on Bordelais cuisine. $40 per person. Tax & Service Charge not included. Seats are limited. Reservations are required. Please call 610–977–0600 to make your reservation.
